BCPL employs highly experienced Ex-BHEL, Trichy Engineers with more than 24 years of experience in Design, Manufacturing, Erection & Commissioning. Our Senior Team was trained in CE (USA), KENT (UK), Bailey (USA), Forney (USA) for Design, Manufacturing of Fuel Firing, FSSS, SADC & Flame Scanner.

On the path towards success, BCPL bagged two Awards, one at National level and the other at State level. We have a robust training program for our Engineers including on-site training. At our factory we have working models/In–house Skid/Samples for almost all the supplies we make to fully prepare our Engineers for the installation activities at site.

We have special Onsite and In-house training for our Engineers. BCPL’s one of the biggest strength is its Onsite E&C team which is very well trained to complete the Erection and Commissioning activities within a very short span of time.

Competence, Awareness and Training

Process of recruiting & training the personnel are defined in the industry requirements. All our employees are recruited and trained as per standard written procedure. On a regular interval the Engineers are assessed and based on their skill set further training is provided and the effectiveness of the same is verified.
